Sourcing pre-owned licenses. At Simply Licensing we currently work with over 32 insolvency companies who provide us with information on companies who have Microsoft and Adobe software that is available for transfer. As well as obtaining licenses via our partners we also purchase licenses from companies who are down sizing or have upgraded to newer version of products.

Quotation. Once we have received the license information we look at the agreement, checking license transfer legality as not all Microsoft license can. We can then provide up purchase quotation for the software.

Transferring. Working with Microsoft or Adobe transfer forms are sent out to the company releasing the software and the company purchasing, once this has been done they are then sent to Microsoft or Adobe so they can update their records. The process can take up to two weeks to complete but is completly handled by ourselves.

Legalities. Only certain type of software licenses can be transferred, at Simply Licensing we pride ourselves on being a fully compliant software transfer broker working 100% within the laws of software license terms and conditions.
