We were born from a concept by company director Scott Croucher; who with a comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry and a passion for technology to match has created the principal company in software license management.

Operating from our offices in Oxford and St Albans, we are, at our, core a broker. We purchase software licenses from failing companies or those that are down sizing. We work with numerous insolvency practitioners such as Ernst & Young, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and KPMG on existing cases where licenses may be for sale. Working in conjunction with the license issuer, we then gather the software make-up and ascertain the monetary re-sell value for the licenses.
 
Once a value for the licenses has been agreed we will procure these for resale in the marketplace.As a license broker, Simply Licensing purchases all available licenses.  Primarily those supplied by Microsoft, we also acquire licenses from other software vendors.  We buy any quantity of licenses immediately, ensuring full stock availability for our clients.
